Employment Opportunities

Each employee is required to comply with Masse Contracting, Inc.’s company rules, regulations, and procedures, along with regulations of governmental agencies. The safety program of Masse Contracting, Inc. is guided by the Safety Director, who is responsible for writing and administering all policies and procedures.

New Employee Screening:
-All new employees are checked by one of the Employee Information Services before being hired.
-All new employees are informed of the company drug testing policy and are asked to read and sign a Drug Screen Consent Form.
-All new employees will go through our employee orientation program
-All new employee will be briefed on Masse Contracting's Safety Policies
-All new employees will sign off on Masse Contracting's Substance Abuse Policy
